Merging music with social activism, Susann McMahon created ActiveMusic as a non-profit organization based on transparency and dedicated to sustainability through creating partnerships with non-profit organizations and the artists who support their endeavors. Susann affects change by using information to educate and empower the public to make responsible decisions and by creating awareness in communities through grassroots outreach.

Susann launched her career in activism and music production starting as a volunteer for the 1979 "No Nukes" concerts which were held at Madison Square Garden in New York City, which was an RIAA certified gold triple album and was an Academy Award nominated documentary film. The project garnered over $1,000,000 for non-profits.

During her 25 year career in production, Susann has established credibility for the quality of her productions and work with artists and the non-profit organizations she serves. She has shown her skill of producing in all mediums, with all levels of artists, while raising millions of dollars for non-profit grass root organizations and bringing a sense of magic, consciousness raising and professionalism to all of her events. Since its inception, Susann and ActiveMusic have distributed over $1,500,000 to non-profits.

Lenise Bent is one of the few pioneer women engineer/producers in the industry today.

Lenise studied film & TV production at USC & Cal State Long Beach, then engineering at Sound Masters Recording School. She started out as an assistant engineer at The Village Recorders in Los Angeles working on several albums including "Aja" by Steely Dan, "Breakfast in America" by Supertramp and "Tusk" by Fleetwood Mac. Later she became chief engineer for producer Mike Chapman recording the "AutoAmerican" record for Blondie plus several of Mike's other artists such as The Knack and Suzi Quatro.

Lenise segued to post production mixing, editing and supervising where she recorded all types of audio, from music to voice-over, ADR and foley. She's traveled the world supervising & producing the vocals and dialogue recording for foreign language versions of films for Dreamworks, including SHREK, SPIRIT & SHREK 2.

Currently Lenise has returned to her true love, music, recording and producing up-and-coming independent artists as well as seasoned professionals. The style tends to be mostly Blues/Roots/Americana but she believes ?there are only two kinds of music?good and bad. I love working on all styles of music as long as it?s in the first group.? She is honored to be able to use her love for music and her experience in the industry to help raise money and awareness for people and organizations in need by working with Active Music.

Alan Ames and Associates has received more than twenty-five International Film Festival awards in addition to having received both Gold and Platinum record albums for Alan's involvement in the concept and design of the Moody Blues "Long Distance Voyager" album and world tour.

Alan has received more than a dozen awards including The 20th Century Award of Achievement, Man of the Year, and numerous Lifetime Achievement awards. In his position as Director of Video Production, Alan has produced and directed "Not in our Name: Dead Man Walking - The Concert, The Lousiana Love Call, The Fabulous Thunderbirds Live at the Houston Solution, The Houston Solution for Hurricane Relief featuring Kinky Friedman, Johnette Napolitano (Concrete Blond) Carolyn Wonderland, Ths Soul Rebels Brass Band and special appearance by the Fabulous Thunderbirds in addition to documentary footage on the 9th Ward in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
